Say “Hello” To Your Breath

DURATION: Single meetup lasting 60-90 minutes

Everyone can use their breath to reduce sudden or long-term stress. And this introductory workshop is designed to help you do just that..! Workshop participants will be exposed to highly effective breathing techniques that have been shown to reduce anxiety and worry.

When practiced during moments of unrest, these techniques can calm the nerves and minimize emotional turmoil.  If practiced on a consistent basis, these techniques can promote peacefulness and mental/emotional stability,

Explore Mindfulness through Playful Breathwork

This fun and light-hearted workshop will have you humming like a bee or roaring like a dragon..!

Participants will be introduced to select breathing techniques that cultivate mindfulness in a playful and relaxed manner. Specifically designed for youth and the “young at heart”, participants will forever view meditation and breathwork in an entirely new light.

The 100-Breath Challenge

DURATION:  Single meetup lasting 60-90 minutes

Most people are unaware that they often breathe in a quick, shallow manner. If left ignored, shallow breathing can affect one’s thinking, emotions and ultimately one’s physical health.

So, this workshop is designed to help participants explore and evaluate the quality of their breathing habits. Participants will be led through a series of exercises with a special emphasis of counting breaths over a period of time – similar to the way a person’s pulse is taken. Suggestions on how to improve one’s default breathing patterns will also be discussed.

The Big LOUD Question, and the Small, Quiet Answer

Everyone faces questions, issues and challenges in life. That’s usually the “loud” part of living. However, by quieting the mind – if only for a moment – you can tune into your quiet, inner-voice to explore answers, solutions and options that may not have been obvious at other moments.

This workshop is designed to help nurture the connection between your “everyday” self and your inner-self. Workshop participants will be led through a series of meditative exercises and will be asked to reflect upon questions that have both personal and universal meanings.

Making A Major Decision

DURATION:  Series of Four (4) meetups 
EMPHASIS:  InnerWork

Making major, life-impacting decisions can sometimes be very challenging. So, I created a program to guide people through the classic 7-step process for making any important decision.

This process has been adopted at many prominent universities and leading-edge companies. It has been proven to help people gain clarity and make better decisions at work and in their personal lives.

During this 4-week engagement, workshop participants will be asked to identify a specific decision that they would like to make. Optionally, a group can decide to focus on one shared decision. Participants will then be guided through the 7-step process to ultimately make a decision and then to act upon it. Participants will also learn meditative techniques/exercises that can be used to enhance each step of the decision-making process.
