By practicing the core habits of Stillness, Reflection and Self-Care, you'll gain clarity and make better decisions by connecting with your own unique inner-wisdom. 

Over time, you'll be able to change any negative beliefs you have about yourself and the world around you.

As a Solo-Seeker, you receive a complete set of self-study resources to develop the skills of Stillness, Reflection and Self-Care in your own way and time.  Many individuals begin as Solo-Seekers to see if the Meditation Butterfly lifestyle is a good fit for them.

 

The Co-Creator or Spirit Partner memberships are great for those who desire 1-on-1 support during thier transformation journey.  You'll walk with Michelle’s guidance and encouragement through private sessions (either weekly or monthly) and direct messaging conversations that help you stay on-track with your goals.
