A Philadelphia native, Michelle was trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at The Penn Program for Mindfulness and the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson University. Michelle has studied and taught the techniques of Mindfulness and Meditation for over a decade.
From an early age, Michelle was also trained in Christian-based New Thought philosophy and has extensively studied the works of Unity Church, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Cyndi Dale and Abraham-Hicks.
Over the years, Michelle has developed a unique meditative approach to life as part of her journey into personal and spiritual development. Through her exploration, Michelle assembled a simple, efficient and effortless way to transform negative beliefs, emotions and situations into neutral or positive ones.
Her three-phase transformational process allows anyone to manage stress. The process, called “Meditation Butterfly”, helps people gain clarity, make better decisions and create more beneficial outcomes.
She has made it her mission to share her knowledge and experience to uplift others.
