Our time together will focus on developing a clear channel to your inner-intuition. The process will include guided meditations, self-directed work and 1-on-1 discussions. A daily meditation plan will be assigned to help nourish the connection to your inner-self.
Conversations With Your Body
Is it really possible to reverse negative thoughts or feelings about one’s self-image..?
The simple answer is “Yes… If you’re willing to learn and listen to what your body is telling you.”
During our time together, we’ll explore your connection to your healthy and whole inner-self. Through meditation and mindfulness techniques, we will systematically explore your body to uncover areas of physical or energetic tension.
Sessions will focus on the Body Scan meditation technique with special attention to any intuitive messages or sensations that may arise. A weekly activity plan will be assigned to help you (and your body) continue the conversation.
Emotional Guidance
In today’s stressful world, we often get “lost” in our emotions and spiral down into anger, hurt or despair.
But with practice, you can use the Meditation Butterfly process to neutralize negative thoughts or emotions. Eventually, you can walk into – and through – any situation with peace and grace.
Our time together will focus on noticing your emotions in real-time. You will also be given an emotional guidance ‘map’ and assigned daily exercises to track your journey to your desired emotional state.
Making A Major Decision
Should I take option ‘A’ or ‘B’…? Is there even an option ‘C’..? Making decisions can be challenging – even for those who seem to make “all the right choices”…
With Meditation Butterfly, you can objectively organize your thoughts — and acknowledge the emotional “charge” that’s attached to each one. You can then review your options (both known and unknown) and ultimately map a a path to the end-result that best resonates with you.
During our time together, you’ll be guided through multiple breathing meditations and assigned a daily meditation plan. In your meditations, you’ll focus on personalized questions to help you fully explore the decision you’re making.
